Orders and payments
Payments for our own offers are processed through Stripe. The checkout shows the total charge and currency before you confirm. No recurring subscription or extra paid service is added without your express agreement.

For other digital or customised products, change-of-mind refunds are not offered unless the offer includes a separate guarantee. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
For instantly available digital content, we obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your cancellation right ends when supply begins. We confirm this with your order. Any legally required consent for a personalised service is obtained before it starts.
