International processing
Some hosting, email, payment or fulfilment providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. For transfers subject to UK data-protection requirements, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of unresolved enquiries, order obligations, security needs and applicable legal record-keeping periods.
- Browser privacy preferences are stored for six months.
- Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond and deal with relevant follow-up or disputes.
- Transaction records are retained for the applicable tax/accounting period. Personalisation details will be kept only as long as needed for fulfilment and relevant support or disputes.
- For marketing subscriptions, we keep the subscription until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed. A minimal suppression record may be retained to honour an opt-out.
You can ask about the retention of particular information or request deletion where applicable.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
You can object at any time to direct marketing, and to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. Marketing emails, where applicable, will include an unsubscribe option. You can also contact hello@manifestingmore.com.
We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity before handling a request. For UK data-protection requests, we normally respond within one month, subject to the applicable rules and any permitted extension. US requests are addressed below. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Your California privacy rights
This section supplements the notice for California residents. Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), apply where that law covers our business and your information.
Information, sources and disclosures
The categories relevant to this website are shown below. Information comes from you, your browser or device, and service providers acting on our behalf. The purposes and retention criteria are described in sections 3 and 7. We collect order and personalisation information only when needed for a purchase or service you request.
| Category | Examples and use | Recipients for that purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers and contact information | IP address for site delivery and security; name and email if you contact us. | Hosting, security and email providers. |
| Internet or electronic activity | Requested pages, browser/device details, security logs and saved privacy preferences. | Hosting and security providers; preferences remain in your browser. |
| Commercial and customer records, when you purchase | Order, billing, payment status, delivery and support information. | Payment processors, fulfilment providers and professional advisers as needed. |
| Information you choose to provide | Enquiries and, where an offer requires it, details for a personalised experience. | Email/support providers and the practitioner fulfilling that experience. |
We may also disclose relevant information to authorities or advisers where legally required or needed to protect legal rights. We do not ask for sensitive personal information on this website or use it to infer characteristics about you. Please do not include sensitive information in general enquiries.
Sale, sharing and tracking
This website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide any required notice, consent and opt-out controls before that processing starts.
We honour recognised Global Privacy Control signals by keeping optional tracking off. The older browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change our settings; optional tracking is already off unless you consent. We do not currently enable third-party advertising tools to collect information about your activities over time across other websites through this site.
Your requests
Where applicable, you may request access to the personal information we hold, information about its sources, uses and disclosures, correction, deletion and a portable copy. You may opt out of sale or sharing and limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Email hello@manifestingmore.com with your request. You may use an authorised agent; we may ask for evidence of their authority and proportionate identity verification for access, correction or deletion. An opt-out request does not require a verified account. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically arrange a secure method.
For applicable CCPA requests to know, correct or delete, we acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and normally respond within 45 calendar days. We will explain any permitted extension. You can also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. California residents may contact the same email address about disclosures covered by California’s “Shine the Light” law.
Other US residents and email choices
Depending on your state and whether its privacy law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising or profiling used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently sell personal information, conduct targeted advertising through this website or use it for that type of profiling.
Send requests to hello@manifestingmore.com. Where permitted, an authorised agent may act for you. We respond within the period required by the applicable law and explain any lawful extension or refusal. If a request is refused and your state provides an appeal right, reply with “Privacy appeal”; we will review the decision, explain the outcome within the applicable deadline and tell you how to contact your state regulator if the appeal is denied. We do not penalise you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop by emailing us. US commercial-email opt-outs are honoured within 10 business days, without a fee. Necessary order, security or service messages may still be sent. We do not pass your email to partners for their own marketing without an appropriate, separate permission.
Children, automated decisions and updates
Our experiences are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not intentionally collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We will update this notice when our services or data practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on this website and, where required, notified directly before they take effect. The effective date is shown above. For privacy questions, contact hello@manifestingmore.com.
